New Country in 3 weeks, Current Best Site?

I'm an american, but i'll be moving to Sweden in 3 weeks and will be there for 6 months ... so..

With access to all sites now, what sites are the best options to play on now?

Are the games better on non-american sites or should I just stick to playing on stars?
