For what it is worth, there is an updated support email I just received (without direct solication of it):
Recently some of our valued customers have had to wait to receive their casino account withdrawals. We would like to take this opportunity, once again, to apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have been doing everything in our power to ensure that the funds are transferred to you as a matter of urgency. Unfortunately, some of our processing partners have delayed the checks, and ACH transfers, that we have submitted to them. As a result, Fortune Lounge has not been in a position to resubmit these funds to you via alternative payment methods. We would like to reassure you that you will receive your funds soon. Fortune Lounge will continue to do everything possible to ensure that your money is returned to you, and that this inconvenience is never repeated. We have been assured by our processing partners that the last of the outstanding checks and transfers will be processed towards the end of the coming week. If you have not already received your withdrawal, you should receive it shortly. Thank you for your patience and understanding. |
