deposit help

I want to make a 1k deposit onto a site. I originally planned to make this deposit on fulltilt with neteller and get rakeback but i am from the USA and apparently this is no longer an option for a USA player. At this point are there any main sites i could get rakeback at and what would be the best method of deposit (myWEBatm, epassporte?)
