Party Poker Service Charges

Party Poker has informed me that my account has been inactive for 180 days, and as a result they're charging me a service fee. Of course, my account has been inactive because I'm no longer allowed to play there. Is there any recourse? I've sent Party Poker numerous e-mails, and they've replied to none. Any input would be appreciated.
