UTG limps, I raise to 20 with 77, UTG calls.

Turn A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Check/ I bet 60/ raise to 160/ I call.

River A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Question A: What's my action if he bets 200?



Question B: What's my action if he bets 500 or more?



Question C: I am fairly sure I should have raised the turn, but I think calling is not that bad either. Any thoughts on the turn?
