Default $16 Turbo: Facing a raise & shove w/ AK

Hi All,
There are 5 players left (none of which are really short), so I'm trying to determine the importance of bubble strategy.

The CO is super-tight (9/6 after 33 hands); the SB not-so-much (24/12 after 33 hands):

CO Range: 66+,ATo+,A9s+,KJs+,KJo+
SB Range: 55+,AT+,KQ+ (not sure if he'd make a move w/ something less if he thinks he has fold-equity)

On the bubble, I know this is an easy fold. I'd like feedback on how my strategy might change w/ 5 players remaining (given the stack-sizes).

SB (t3535)
Hero (t1425)
UTG (t3470)
MP (t1635)
Button (t3435)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
