What is the best top shelf liquor you can get in Vegas poker rooms?

I will be in Vegas next week, staying at the Wynn, and probably will also play at the Venetian and possibly Bellagio. What are the best top shelf liquors each of these places poker rooms offer? I don't like foofy drinks, just straight liquor, sometimes with ice. Specifically can anyone provide info on:

1) Single Malt Scotches
2) Bourbons
3) Tequilla's
4) Cognac
5) Import Beers

Can anyone give me info as to the best of any of the above are offered for free in the poker room at the Wynn, Venetian or Bellagio, and which specific brands are offerd? Thanks.
