Intersting spot short stacked with 92 off

i have 2800 blinds are 200-400 with a 50 ante. im on the button with 92 off. there are 30 left top 18 pay. average stack is 9k. the small blinds is sitting out and the bb has a 13 vip% after 80 hands. what do you think about pushing here???
