Can a tough $1/$2 Limit Game ($3 Rake) be beaten in the long run?

By tough, I would say 1-2 weak players, 5-6 strong players and 2-3 lags.

You play a tight aggressive game 15/8 (VIP/PFR)

Can the rake be overcome?
