200 NL: Check/call with Ace high flush

Villain is a solid 2+2er. I have him at about 19/11/4 over ~1900 hands. He plays pretty well postflop, imo.

I'm wasn't sure what he'd have to call any reasonable bet with, so I decided to check/call. I guess I'm looking for advice on how often he has a hand to call with vs. how often he bluffs at it.

Also, do we call if he shoves on the river(~140)?
