Default $10 (180) AK facing UTG raise

OK, so I really would like some advice and input on how people would play this hand. Villian is solid, but has been active for last couple orbits. I would like to know how people would play this. Do you flatcall, see a flop? Do you reraise? Push?
I should mention that this is post-bubble and we have a flat payout for the next 9 players, does this factor into your decision?

I will post results after some replies,
