Default Dealer exposes my hand even though I didn\'t call

I was at Commerce last week and yelled at a dealer for the first time ever.

40/80 hold'em game. There were three of us in a hand on the turn when I raised and another guy behind me 3-bet. The original bettor folded and told the dealer he wanted to see both hands. (This is a dumb rule, but whatever, he's allowed to do it.)

I call and check-fold the river (I had flopped top two pair and "knew" I was up against a flopped flush). The guy who 3-bet the turn showed his flush, and then the dealer took my cards out of the muck and showed them even though I didn't call.

Not cool, especially when a bunch of aggro guys get to see you make a "big" laydown in a huge pot.
