I have looked through his voting record and he's voted the same way as I would have on every issue I looked at. One that I had to think about was when I saw he voted "No" on giving the congressional medal of honor to Rosa Parks. Then I saw his remarks and he pointed out that it costs $5000 to mint each medal and the taxpayer shouldn't have to pay for that. Very good point.
