Nice job on that email. One thing I want to point out though is this:

I don't think that should be included in the email. This, in isolation, is a GREAT thing for the site, although bad for most players. Tight, boring, uneventful games = more hands, more rake.

If we were going to include it, there should be a reason (eg. multitabling regulars sitting out, or moving to a different site, etc.)
