Well, even against an opponent whose range is ATC, it makes intuitive sense that there will be some hands that are huge underdogs to a random hand. The part that surprises me is, given the overlay, that one case where it turns out that Sklansky and Miller draw the line just shy of ATC to call. So as you say, there are only a few "exceptions" to fold! That's a little surprising, but I suppose it's just where the line ended up. Odd that 94 is profitable to call but 32 isn't.
