Default Nut flush draw from SB

Villain just doubled up through UTG last hand. He made a mini 3-bet to $7 with 99 and called 4-push for a total of around $40. It held up vs AKs. Just to let you know I guess he doesn't fold too easy. Other than that he has been playing 30/6 over 30 hands or so, somewhat passive post flop. I have been stealing here and there but nothing outrageous.

Button $82
SB=Hero covers

4 handed

Dealt to hero A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

UTG folds, Button calls $1, Hero completes, BB checks

Flop ($3) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero bets $2, BB folds, Button raises $10, Hero ?

If we 3-bet here how much? Or should I just call?
