Default $100NL Cut Off Raise W/66, RR from Button, fold ?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($85.05)
UTG+1 ($52.35)
MP1 ($116.65)
MP2 ($265.65)
MP3 ($100)
Hero ($115.25)
Button ($99.95)
SB ($16)
BB ($80)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $9</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $5.

Flop: ($19.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $8</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $27.50

The more I look at this , the more i'm disgusted, do you fold here PF with no reads on villain ? Should I have fired out $15 at the pot on the flop, representing AK or the like ? Should I check, see what villain does, and when he throws out a weak CB bet like this, then raise him ?

Basically 2 questions;

1.do you ever call a re-raise with this hand in this spot with no reads
2.how do you proceed post flop if you do call

Think I know the answer to this, but go ahead, I need it drilled in my head.
