Hi,
Two days ago I processed a withdrawal via the UB cashier for the remaining balance in my account ($250). My previous UB withdrawal was prcoessed to Neteller within ta couple of hours (I'm an Aussie). Today I log in and the funds are back in my UB account, the withdrawal having been reversed. I attempt to process the witdrawal again and receive the following message in the UB cashier: "We are sorry, but you are not allowed to make withdrawals. If you have any questions, please contact memberservices." I was just wondering if this is specific to my account or if this has happened to anyone/everyone else at UB? P.S. My withdrawals are usually for amounts around $1000. This withdrawal is only for the last $250 in my account after a recent downswing. I don't know if this makes a difference, but thought I'd mention it. Ta, PTS |
