Default Help with BP\'s PFM and/or other fantasy baseball projection tools

So I'm in a FB league for the first time, and I'm trying to figure out how to use BP's PFM to fit my league rules. So this thread just isn't about me, perhaps we can expand into general discussion about the PFM or other forecasting/valuation tools.

anywho, this is my league:

7x5 scoring:

BA - Batting Average
HR - Home Runs
KO - Strikeouts (Batter)
R - Runs
RBI - Runs Batted In
SB - Stolen Bases
TB+BB - Total Bases + Walks + HBP

These stats are straightforward, except the last one, which I'm not sure what to do with...use OPS as a proxy?

The 5 pitching stats are all easy, no problem there.

Our total budget is $285, and 58% of our categories are hitting. Does this mean I should allocate 58% of my budget to hitting?

Finally, position counts. We have standard starting hitting positions:

C (2)
1b
2b
SS
3b
OF (3)
DH
Utility

+ starters and relievers.

Question is, how do I put this starting lineup into PFM? Should I put 2 utility guys into the PFM to account for the DH + the Utility guy I have to start?
