FULLTILTPOKER says Im a cheater and closed my account/took my money
tl;dr warning!
I play alot of poker. Not so much on ftp, but Ive had an account there for a while and play some HU SNG's once in a while there. Last time I played there (like 3-4 weeks ago) I decided to donk it up in the cash games. I had around 3k in my account and I think I lost 2200-2500 that night shortstacking 10/20nl, some of it was HU with 1 guy (think he was a regular but dont recall the name). Anyway, that is not the first time Ive lost that kind of amount in cash games at ftp. So after that I dont login at Ftp for a while. Next time I try to login my pw doesnt work. Well, I dont really think much of since around that time I just got Keepass software for pw's, so I thought I might have changed it myself. And since I only wanted to rail a highstakes game I login as an observer.. That happens as few times, till I finally gets around to try to find my pw i keepass, but I see its the same as I always had. So now I use the "forgot password" option at ftp and receive a new pw in a mail. That doesnt work either. Thats when I mail Ftp support the first time: MAIL TO SUPPORT Fri, 9 Feb 2007 00:21:13 +0100 (CET) Hi support As you can see below I requested a temporary pw because I havent been able to login to my acc the last couple of times I have tried. The temp pw worked okay, but then I had to make a new pw and confirm it. When i did that I got a message with something about "invalid pw". So I tried once more and this time its said "internal error" or something like that What to do? Thanks XX, weakdraw RESPONSE FROM FTP Fri, 9 Feb Hello XX, Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support. It appears that your account is associated with another player's account that has been closed due to fraudulent activity on Full Tilt Poker. This may have happened if you logged onto your Full Tilt Poker account through another computer or if someone else logged onto your computer with their Full Tilt Poker credentials. For security reasons, we have temporarily suspended your account while our Investigations Team performs a thorough review. Please be advised it usually takes 48 to 72 hours to conduct this examination. During this time you will be unable to log in to the Full Tilt Poker software. If our Investigations Team requires more time to investigate, we will notify you and keep you updated. All funds in your account will remain dormant until our investigation is complete. Please note that this is by no means an accusation of guilt for any fraudulent activity. We value all of our players and have security protocols in place to ensure not only the integrity of our site, but also for the protection of our players. Having said this, we do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. In the meantime, if there is anything you can share with us to help with the investigation, please feel free to respond. Your cooperation will be most appreciated and will only help to speed up the process of completing the investigation.
