Default Randy, TT, et al Please Help RE: Dealer Counting Pot Rule

Hi all. I have a friend who would like some sort of proof that there exists a rule that states the dealer is not allowed to count the pot in no limit hold em.

I have searched Robert's Rules of Poker, and a book titled The Rules of Poker by Lou Krieger, and have not been able to find this rule in either publication. I have also searched the sites cardplayer.com and seriouspoker.com, all to no avail.

Can someone please verify that this rule does indeed exist? Also, if you can point me to a written publication with the rule stated, that would also help. Thank you very much in advance.
