<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to t73168</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to t203386</font>, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, Hero ???

At this point we are just into the money. Quite a ways from the next pay bump. My stack is not enough to fold to the next money level or anything.

Can I determine that villain would muck AKo or muck 99/TT here and find a fold for the jacks?

Reads: First villain is getting desperate. This must be any top 20% hand. I think second villain knows this, but not enough to make his range top 15% or anything that loose.
Second Villain is not super tight, definitely not super loose, i put his range like top 4-5% maybe (possibly tighter or slightly looser, but he definitely has good cards here)
