wrong numbers

people call me all the time with the wrong number--i average about one call a day. but often its at a time that will wake me up, or when im driving in the car and i have to fuss to get my phone outta my pocket and then when i answer it, its some [censored] who just says, "o. i think i have the wrong number."

what the [censored] [censored]?

do i have any legal recourse? it really isnt fair to me that i get woken up at 3 in the morning just because some idiot cant operate the phone. am i just totally screwed here? i demand restitution.

should i just call the number back at some unholy hour of night and tell them to lick my ass?

how does OOT deal with situations like this?
