wire transfers

Has anyone in the US tried making a wire transfer cashout from Party recently? I did on January 31st and have heard nothing from Party since they told me it was "successful" and the money is not yet in my account.
Anyone with any experience with this? Is my bank blocking the transfer? Thanks for any information.
