confession

so i blew 300k this week at 'coinflips' where me and another player(s) would go all in preflop for $4000-5000 per hand

that is a very signifcant number to me (about half my bankroll)

i have also been running bad at 25-50 and my online roll is about half of what it was a few days ago

suggestions?
