Why is PokerStars doing nothing?
I see people here rushing to try out different e-wallets. After the Neteller catastrophe, with millions of dollars stuck in limbo, you want to pour more money in? Who's to say it won't happen to e-passport tomorrow?
If the poker sites want to keep the American market, it's up to them to find solutions, not us. And if they can't find any, well then, we can't play online for the time being. What worries me is that PokerStars is doing nothing (Full Tilt came up with MyWebATM, but who wants that rock garden where you can't even re-size tables? I'd rather not play at all). After the zillions they made off American players, you would think they'd be offering really juicy bonuses if you sent WU or cashier's check (I'd send one with a good incentive). But no. You'd think they'd be offering to cash in your FPP points to top off your bankroll. But no. In fact, they're doing nothing. It's like they're not interested in keeping the American market. Maybe it's too dangerous and there's a lot of other world left to operate in. |
