Default TPQK against flop C/R from aggro donkey

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

<font color="#C00000">BB ($86.45)</font>
UTG ($100)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($152.40)</font>
Button ($116.40)
SB ($78.10)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($8.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $7</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero...</font>

Villain is 40/9/4.5, haven't really seen anything too ridiculous out of him considering his stats.

I have been playing fairly loose, prolly running something close to 22/20/3. I've been experimenting with switching up my flop actions a fair amount, so my cbet percentage is ~65%.

Folding here seems weak, but pushing seems spewy and anything in the middle feels like it sucks for reasons of its own. SSNL, what do I do?
