UB - no phone, no online chat, usually don't answer email.
Stars - no phone, no online chat, email will get 2 hour response
Party - Call them on phone, english as second language person will tell you everything is fine, problem must be with your computer
Absolute - see UB

This level of support might make me rethink the Prima network.
