Default Sets only from now on please, overpairs give me heart palpatations

Villain is 17/12/4 after 250 hands or so. We haven't tangled much. I'm 26/19 on his table, and I've been playing pretty aggressively. I am absolutely lost in this hand.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (5 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter

MP ($920.40)
Button ($394)
SB ($555.85)
Hero ($739.20)
UTG ($390)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $2.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $8</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB (poster) calls $6, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $32</font>, MP folds, SB calls $28.

Flop: ($80) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

villain checks, hero bets $60, villain raises to $200 total, hero wonders what to do...

[By the way, if anyone could fill me in about exactly what I'm doing wrong with the converter (I can't seem to ever get them to convert hands in full) that's be great]
