Default 1000NL - interesting situation, miracle finish

I thought this was an interesting situation, and I wanted to get some opinions here.

This is literally the first hand at the table posting in the BB. There are no regulars in this game, which is why Hero is playing. UTG+1 is known however, and is generally tight and aggressive, but can get out of line sometimes, and just won a big pot before hero sat in.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $5/$10
6 players

UTG $765
UTG+1 $1806
CO $1110
Button $879
SB $458
Hero $1000

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, Button calls, SB calls, Hero checks.

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($60, 6 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $60, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, 2 folds.

Turn: 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($240, 3 players)
Hero ...

Two questions about this scenario:

(1) Is the flop play worth it against unknowns?
(2) What line to take now that the poker gods have smiled on us?
