Default 2nd Video Card causing Windows to Crash

I have a new computer (from Micro Express) that came with a NVidia 7100 video card. I run 2 Dell 2001FP's no problem with it. I then added an ATI Radeon 9250 card to run a Dell 2407 and the 3 monitors actually ran fine for a few days, but now Windows won't start. When I took out the video card, no problem - windows loads fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled the video card software/hardware and windows won't load again.

Oh and I used the ATI card for a year or so in my old PC (coupled with another ATI card) with no problems.

Is there any reason the NVidia card and ATI card don't get along? Do I need to get a 2nd NVidia card or is it something else?

Thanks.
