Three of a Kind in an unkind board

$100 tourney at Mansion.
Blinds are 150-300 with 15 ante.
I have TT under the gun, T7500. I raise to T900.
Cutoff player with T6000 calls.

Both blinds fold.

Flop is
K Q T rainbow.

What is the best play?
