Default $10-$20 Flopped set on dry board

Ok so this is pretty standrad but I'm posting this hand to settle an argument.

NL $10-$20 5handed effective stacks $2K. Table is pretty tight.

Folded to the button who makes it $70. SB calls. BB calls

Flop:J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

SB (good TAG) leads for $135, BB (bad TAG) raises to $350, B folds, SB calls.

Turn: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

check check

River: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SB bets $700, BB shoves for $800 more, SB calls.

SB had KJ, BB AJ.

What do you think of BB's turn check does it win or lose value against 88, 99, TT, A7? Is the river an insta push?
What about SB's line?
