Default $200NL Flop set

I keep reading that calling maybe too passive, but when there isnt much risk and they are betting, I do not suppose anyone has a problem with them hanging themself?

On a secondary note as I am looking at higher stake play, is it worth raising the flop in most of these situations? Otherwise better players might get an understanding of when I have a monster and when making a bluff etc?
