Default Hand Analysis Question - Suited One Gappers

I have a question - when using PT to analyze suited one-gappers, I was wondering whether it makes sense to analyze only hands J9s and below (J9s 108s 97s 86s 75s 64s 53s 42s), or whether to include all including the bigger ticket hands in such a review?

My instinct is to not go above J9s, as hands above this are eminently playable and therefore less needed to be scrutinzed. Although I guess all hands must be reviewed.

Any particular thoughts?
