Default 5-10 NL short stack headaches

When starting my regular 5-10 NL game after the weekly tournament, I often find myself with players who are going to take shots with a stack of just $100-$200. They have just come from the tournament and for the first hour or two the game feels more like a final tournament table then a ring game. For example, I put in a raise of $45 with KQs and find someone with 77 coming over the top for $150. To make this precise assume three of us buy in for $500, one for $300, and the other five for $100-$200. Any advice for how to play this kind of game? Right now I'm leaning towards just lobbying as much as possible until the shot takers have all busted out or built up their stacks.
