What happens to deposits and withdrawals made over the past few days??

I made a withdrawal on FT on Saturday via echeck (Nexum). I emailed the cashier to find out the status as it still has not hit my bank. Still have not heard back from them yet. Hopefully, since I made the request prior to these new rules, my withdrawal will be fine.

Also, I made a deposit on Stars on Tuesday via echeck (Pstarpayemnts). If they cant use the ACH anymore, how are they going to take the deposit out of my bank account? Or will they just take it from my Stars account (assuming the $$ are in there).
