i need help for creating an account

contrary to savvy or PSO i don t undertand how register and how to log in.moreover when we refer someone there do we only win a gift for his first sign up or on all the sites he plays on as savvy and PSO

if someone helps me with these responses i ll be glad to put his refer a friend name for the referal

PS: can i refer someone there if i ve done no promotion for the moment ? this sentence is strange ,
