Beat: Haven\'t been able to withdraw 600 from PAYPAL for 4 months now.

These idiots won't send me test deposits to my bank account , so I cannot confirm it. Have called them like 10 times, always some [censored] answer. I had to do the same process with Neteller and completed it within 3 days.

Anyone here willing to accept 606.28 to their paypal account, and transfer me 590 US on stars?
