SSHE Flop Concepts Application to NL?

Obviously SSHE is a Limit book but as I am reading it through a second time I am wondering how much, if not all, of the Flop hand strength section (both "made hands" and "draws") applies to NL. "Theory and Practice" assumes you have this foundation already so it's not discussed at all.

Have any NL players read SSHE that could comment? I would guess that the top pair and overcard hands are probably over-valued then would be the case in NL, but I'm not sure?
