totally sick brag / beat....also need advice on life/death situation

at house party earlier, my best friend saw some tampons on ground. he pretended like he was going to eat them. i said id give him $100 to down that [censored] and not throw it up in 1 hour. he said no, $200! and i agreed.

he downed it all in about 15 minutes and then an hour later tried to throw it up. he couldnt get much of it out. now he is passed out on his floor. he was drunk when he did it and he might be passed out due to drinking, but im not sure. is there a chance he can die for this? any help is appreciated.
