Neteller Question (Not sure which forum...)

OK, I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this, so mods can move it if they want.

OK, so far I have made all of my deposits onto Pokerstars straight from my bank account. But since Pokerstars policy states that deposits made with Mastercard can't be withdrawn directly back to the account, I have decided to use Neteller to make things easier.

My question is, is it possible to still use Neteller to withdraw/deposit funds from Pokerstars, even though I didn't originally use it to make my deposit? Also, how would one go about withdrawing from Stars if you haven't used it there in the past?
