Default Any way I am getting away from this hand?

last nite live MTT NL 30 person, like poker superstars format, this was the free roll at end. Chip count depending on how many final tables and position at final tables made.

I am MP, eight handed. UTG calls, folds to me, I limp for 100, 2 LP callers, both blinds as well. I have 66.

Flop is 6d5d9c. Checks to me, I bet the pot (600). Button is the only caller, turn comes a 5, I check, he checks. River is Ad. I tanked for about 5 seconds, looked at his chips, he had about half of what I did, put him all in, he had his chips in before I did. He had pocket 9s.

Anyone good with %, what are the odds that I am running into one of the only two hands that worry me, 99 or 55?

Just curious, I saw no way to stop from losing a lot of chips on that hand. Even betting the turn, because I wouldnt bet all that big, wouldnt want to run him off, so he could still be chasing diamond flush.

Really thought that was the hand that was gonna get me rolling, instead chopped my legs out.
