Default Big stack, what to do with QQ.

In a rebuy tournament in the first level after the rebuy.
Notes on the players.
I haven't played many hands.
BB has gone all in many times, making all ins when the all in is considerably bigger than the pot (say pot has 300, he goes all in with 10,000).
MP3 plays a lot of pots.
This information is tainted by the fact that it was done in the rebuy period, hence they are probably playing different now.

Here's the hand:
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

BB (t18495)
Hero (t13653)
UTG+1 (t6275)
MP1 (t5360)
MP2 (t5847)
MP3 (t20565)
CO (t14249)
Button (t5215)
SB (t2350)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q, Q.
Hero raises to t500, 3 folds, MP3 calls t500, 3 folds, BB raises to t18495.

Should I call? Why or why not?
