Default Monster Draw, but do I have any FE?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

Button ($212.30)
SB ($384.10)
Hero ($104.60)
UTG ($122.35)
MP ($103.55)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Button calls $1, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($3) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $11</font>, Button folds, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $19</font>, Hero. . . .

Villain is 35/17/3 over a hundredish hands. Does a push have any fold equity here or should I just take the cheap price he is offering me to see a turn? I pretty much cry whenever I get min 3bet, help me out please SSNL.
