Re: Pushbotting in EP
[ QUOTE ]
The jist of where I was going with this is situations when you've been pushing a lot without callers and pick up a hand like AT or 55 in EP 6 handed. You just know that someone has to finally pick up a hand they are gonna call you with, but the blinds are going to come around again and take a whack out of your stack. I find myself still pushing anyway because it feels like it's a risk I'm just gonna have to take if I want to stay alive and keep some FE. I would feel more comfortable with a push if I haven't been so active because maybe I can get AJ, AQ or 66,77 to fold. But being this active, it makes it an easy call for them. So does anyone change their pushing range based on how active you've been? [/ QUOTE ] yes. if you've been active and haven't been called that means you've been stealing blinds. which means you're M has gone up a little. which means you can afford to let a marginal hand go, especially if you feel like people are dying to call you. |
