PARTYPARTNERS.COM ANNOUCES LAUNCH OF NEW RATE CARD FOR AFFILIATES

I just got this email today. I don't really know what it means. It looks to my untrained eye like they are linking everything to RMP. Does this mean my rakeback is now screwed? Sorry for caps in title--it's a cut n' paste from the email.
