Harrah's New Orleans, good/bad?

I've never played there. What can I expect, as far as quality of play, quality of service (dealers, pit boss, etc)?

What is the best game to play in? I have heard they spread a 4/8/12 O8 game on Wednesdays that is a really good game to sit in. Does anyone know if this is true?
