Fold the second nuts?

Villain is SweetOldBroad, a FTP regular that runs at about 24/17 over 1600 hands, I play with him a lot and get 3 bet often by him, I'm fairly certain taht I get 3 bet by any hand that beats me here except 3's. So combo draws and bluffs are obviously possibly although i'm not sure how often. My image here is fairly tight, at this table I was a 15/12, although I was playing laggier on other tables with the villian.
