UB email problems

Anybody having problems with e-mails from UB?
I've sent them 4-5 e-mails in the last 2 days and no answer.I've sent both from yahoo and google.
I don't understand what seems to be the problem.
On their site I see they have a problem with e-mail accounts on yahoo.(yahoo blocks UB)
I've followed the steps on the site and I don't have UB blocked.
Don't know what to do next...
